Frequently asked questions

Common questions from institutional buyers.

Do you customise frameworks for our institution?

Yes. The Institutional Frameworks Suite packs provide the methodology and analytical tools. Onboarding support is included to orient your team on applying each framework to your institution's specific risk profile, customer base, and operational context.

Can the Compliance Masterclass be delivered in-house?

Yes. The Compliance Masterclass is designed for bilateral institutional delivery — delivered to your compliance team, management, and relevant staff at your premises or a venue of your choice. We also offer condensed formats for Boards and Executive Committees.

Are engagements confidential?

Yes. All advisory engagements, scoping conversations, and institutional information shared in the course of an engagement are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client relationships without explicit permission. Formal confidentiality terms are included in every engagement letter.

Do you support post-delivery implementation?

Yes. Framework pack delivery includes onboarding support. For institutions requiring ongoing support beyond initial delivery — follow-up advisory sessions, framework application guidance, or examination preparation — retainer and refresher arrangements are available.

Can training be aligned to our institution's risk profile?

Yes. The bilateral Compliance Masterclass can be tailored to your institution's specific sector, customer base, and identified risk areas — emphasising the typologies, examination lines, and regulatory obligations most relevant to your context.

Do you support Board-level sessions?

Yes. Executive and Board briefing sessions are a distinct format — focused on governance obligations under the BoG/FIC Guideline 2025, Board-level personal liability under Act 1044 s.48, and the examination questions Boards are most likely to face. These are typically 2–3 hour sessions designed for non-specialist senior audiences.

What is the difference between the Essentials Series and the Frameworks Suite?

The Essentials Series builds individual practitioner knowledge — reference-grade books covering the legal framework, risk assessment methodology, red flags, STR writing, and each major compliance domain. The Institutional Frameworks Suite provides operational tools — methodology documents and analytical instruments that produce the evidence trail an institution needs to demonstrate programme effectiveness under examination. Both are complementary; neither replaces the other.
