Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the RegBridge Africa Advisory website and our products and services.

Effective date: 11 May 2026  ·  Version: 1.0

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated at regbridgeafrica.com (the "Site") and any products or services purchased, reserved or licensed from RegBridge Africa Advisory Ltd. ("RegBridge", "we", "our", "us"). By using the Site or engaging with our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Who we are

RegBridge Africa Advisory Ltd. is a specialist AML/CFT compliance advisory and education firm. Our registered contact address for these Terms is info@regbridgeafrica.com.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our products and services, to submit enquiries and reservations, and to make purchases via our payment partners. You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, role or institution
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
  • Submit malicious content, automated form submissions, or scraped enquiries
  • Reproduce, redistribute, scrape or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission

4. Reservations and Early Bird pricing

Reservations placed through the Site do not constitute a binding contract of sale until RegBridge issues a confirmation and invoice. The following terms apply to reservations:

  • Reservation does not require payment at the point of submission.
  • RegBridge will issue an invoice at the prevailing Early Bird price for the products listed on your reservation.
  • Early Bird pricing is available for reservations and invoices issued on or before 31 July 2026. From 1 August 2026, full prices apply.
  • Essentials Series products and Institutional Frameworks Suite packs are available for delivery from 30 June 2026. Delivery dates beyond that are confirmed at the time of invoice.
  • Books 9 (CFT/CPF/TFS Essentials) and 10 (Digital Finance AML/CFT/CPF Essentials) are under development and will be delivered in Q2 2026 as scheduled. Reservations including these books lock the Early Bird price irrespective of delivery sequence.
  • Reservations may be amended or cancelled at any time before invoice settlement by emailing info@regbridgeafrica.com.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment terms are set out on each invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Essentials Series products are paid in full and delivered as digital downloads through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Institutional Frameworks Suite packs are delivered as a documented handover (methodology document(s) plus functional tool(s)), with onboarding support as specified in the engagement.
  • Compliance Masterclass programme fees are typically 50% on signed engagement letter and 50% no later than 14 days before delivery. No refunds inside 14 days of delivery; rescheduling permitted once, subject to availability.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, all RegBridge products (Essentials Series books, Masterclass materials, Institutional Frameworks Suite documents and tools, and any tailored content developed for a specific institution) and all underlying methodologies are and remain the intellectual property of RegBridge Africa Advisory Ltd.

Where you purchase or licence a RegBridge product, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that product for the internal compliance, training or governance purposes of your institution. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, publish or distribute RegBridge content to third parties
  • Use RegBridge content to develop a competing commercial training or advisory product
  • Strip out, replace, or obscure attribution, branding or version markers on any RegBridge content

Perpetual LMS hosting and internal-reuse licences are available separately under written licence agreement.

7. Limits of advice

RegBridge products and services are designed to support compliance practitioners and institutions in meeting their AML/CFT obligations under Ghanaian law. They are not legal advice. They are not a substitute for the independent judgement of an appropriately qualified compliance officer, legal counsel, or auditor. Your institution remains solely responsible for its compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

While we take care to ensure our products are accurate, current and aligned with the prevailing Ghanaian regulatory canon (Act 1044, L.I. 1987, BoG/FIC Guideline 2025, and GIABA methodology), the regulatory environment evolves. Where a product or training material is materially affected by a subsequent regulatory change, we will issue an update where practicable; we do not however warrant fitness for any particular regulatory examination outcome.

8. Confidentiality

RegBridge will treat institution-specific information shared in the course of a reservation, scoping conversation, training delivery or advisory engagement as confidential, and will use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed product or service. Specific obligations may be set out in a separate NDA or engagement letter.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegBridge's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Site, any product, or any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RegBridge in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, save that RegBridge reserves the right to bring proceedings to enforce its intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction where infringement occurs.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or our products following a change constitutes acceptance.
