We also collect limited technical data automatically through our hosting provider (Netlify), including server logs, IP address, browser type, and referring page. This is used solely to maintain the site, prevent abuse, and produce aggregated traffic statistics.
3. Why we collect it
We process personal data on the lawful bases of (a) your consent in submitting an enquiry, and (b) our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating our business. Specifically, we use your data to:

6. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside Ghana. We use providers that operate to recognised international data-protection standards and we rely on their published safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and reservation data for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry, fulfil any resulting engagement, and meet our legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping obligations under Ghanaian law. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained for longer for analytics purposes.
